Discussion: Europe 2019: Refugees, democracy and human rights

Screenings
With the European Parliament elections coming up in May 2019, the time is now to tackle critical issues in Europe, such as rights-abusive governments, increasing threats to democracy, and the challenges involved in migration.
During this Human Rights Weekend, we organize a House of Commons-style debate on Europe in the world of 2019. Together with Human Rights Watch and members of the European and Dutch Parliament, we explore the European future.
Will you join the debate as well and find out where you stand?
Discussion featuring:
Phillipe Dam, advocacy director for Europe and Central Asia at Human Rights Watch, Anne Mulder, VVD, Sophie in ‘t Veld, D66, Judith Sargentini, GroenLinks, Kati Piri, PvdA and moderator, moderator Marcia Luyten.
